FitnessFuel Return Policy

At FitnessFuel, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a return or exchange in accordance with the following guidelines.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at Corporate@fitnessfuel.us to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  3. Shipping Your Return: Once you receive your return authorization, please securely package the item(s) and ship them back to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
